Barnstorm Spring Happy Hour - Thursday, April 16

It's been 6 long months since Barnstorm XXI, and I think everyone is just about recovered now. So come welcome in spring with your Workshop friends and family! Head down to Rue B this Thursday, which is between 11th and 12th streets on Avenue B here in New York City, and we'll start around 6:30.

Matt Eich (Barnstorm XVIII) is the Winner of POYi's Community Awareness Award

Matt Eich (Barnstorm XVIII) was recently awarded the Community Awareness Award by Pictures of the Year International for his Carry Me Ohio project. The Community Awareness Award, one of POYi's premier awards, is awarded annually for "a body of work that demonstrates an understanding of and appreciation for everyday life within a community."

Eich adds this award to a long list of accolades, including College Photographer of the Year (2006), and, more recently, SportsShooter.com Student Photographer of the year (2008).
